Do you have any questions about what to expect following hypnotherapy with us?
Let’s take a look at what to expect. You enter to the office as a smoker and leave after 90 minutes (30 minutes of talk and 60 minutes of quitting smoking) as a permanent non-smoker, achieving your smoking cessation objectives! During your session, you will be provided information. There is a sheet with health information on it. Take a look at it! You will also receive a recording, either on CD or as an MP3, to listen to. For the following 30 days, you will listen to the tape once a day. It’ll only take you 30 minutes. This recording guarantees that the new behaviors you learned during your session are reinforced, ensuring that your new habit of “breathing fresh air” becomes a permanent one. It’s all about you now!
That is all there is to it. There is nothing further that can be done. Isn’t it simple?
GET IN TOUCH WITH US TO STOP SMOKING
We’ve discovered three major groups within the quit smoking timeframe based on our experience with customers. Thirty-three percent of our patients never have the desire to smoke or ever consider smoking again. This is, of course, the most ideal outcome, since it provides you with all of the advantages of quitting smoking.
Another 33% of our patients who have been treated will have thoughts about cigarettes and smoking. They have no cravings, but when they are in a situation that triggers them, like as finishing a meal or drinking with friends at a bar, they have a transient thinking about a cigarette, jeopardizing their smoking cessation goals. They will go about their business as fast as the notion comes to them.
People can be persuaded or influenced to “just smoke one cigarette” in about 30% of cases. Being conscious of your habits and routines is the greatest way to avoid this. These are the things that can make your brain crave a cigarette and cause smoking withdrawal symptoms. The majority of individuals has a drink after a meal or takes a rest.
Triggers and Reframes
If you fall into this category of patients, it’s critical to take steps to avoid reverting to previous habits. If you experience a slip in concentration, don’t give up! PICK UP THE PHONE and dial your Quit Smoking Specialist’s number. As soon as feasible, we’ll schedule another session, known as a reframe, to reinforce the new behaviour and add more “anchors.”
There has been the occasional ‘trigger’ that has gone unnoticed or unconsidered. The reframing hypnotherapy will clear this out if the unconscious mind still feels it is ‘getting a benefit from smoking.’ The most crucial thing is to make a phone call. If we don’t know, we can’t help you.
People who are not ready to give up come to visit us. This accounts for 4% of our patients that we are unable to assist in quitting smoking. To successfully stop smoking and live your healthiest life, you must be READY and COMMITTED!
So, What Should You Expect After Your Session To STOP Smoking?

The only way to find out is to schedule a session with us, and we will guide you through the process regardless of whatever group you belong to, with our lifetime guarantee. If you want to stop smoking naturally, our tried-and-true hypnosis treatment is soothing, calming, and absolutely non-invasive.
